SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
We ship only within the Continental US. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed and are shipped from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Order cut off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
At oneoddbird, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will be happy to exchange or refund any new and unused merchandise purchased from our website within 30 days of delivery. Items returned with scratches or other damage will not be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns must include original inner gift box and dust cover packaging. oneoddbird items purchased at retail locations cannot be returned or exchanged at oneoddbird.com, they must be returned where purchased according to their return policies.
In order to make sure your return or exchange flies thru smoothly, simply complete our return/exchange form. Please send us your return/exchange package back using a carrier that can be tracked and make sure it is insured, oneoddbird is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Your exchange/refund will be processed once your return is received. Please note that for returns it may take up to 2 billing cycles after receipt for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable therefore they will be deducted from your original purchase price.

Goods are classified as defective if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing defect has occurred within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be defective. If you would like to exchange a defective item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
This agreement is deemed to have been made and executed in the State of California and will be construed according to the laws of the State of California pertaining to contracts made and performed entirely therein, without regard for conflicts of law rules.
